Comparing: 「より」「ほど」「の中なかで」「と同おなじ」

東京とうきょうの夏なつは、わたしの国くにほど暑あつくないです。

「より」 marks what is compared against, 「のほうが」 the winner, 「ほど」 + negative “not as … as”, 「の中なかで」 and 「で」 the range, 「と同おなじ」 sameness.
