Questions
Does it renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew and are charged every month, yearly plans every year, on the day you subscribed, until you cancel. In months without that day, the charge is on the last day of the month.
Subscription or pass?
Both unlock the same things. A subscription renews every month or year until you cancel. A pass is paid once and simply ends; nothing is charged again, and you can pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay. A second pass starts when your current one ends.
How do I cancel?
Sign in and use Account → Manage subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee. After you cancel, nothing renews and you keep access until the paid period ends.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically. You keep access for 7 days after the paid period ends; please update your payment method in that time. If the retries fail, the subscription ends.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling mid-period gives no pro-rated refund; you keep access until the period ends. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. See Cancellation and refunds.
Can the price change?
If we change the price, we will tell you by email and on the site at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal; the current period is never affected.
