Inviting and suggesting: 「〜ませんか」「〜ましょう」

一緒いっしょに昼ひるごはんを食たべませんか。

Invite with 「〜ませんか」, say “let’s” with 「〜ましょう」, offer or plan with 「〜ましょうか」, accept or decline, and go to do things with 「〜に行いきます」.
