昨夜ゆうべは、テレビをつけたまま寝ねてしまった。

「〜まま」: carrying on without changing a state; 「〜っぱなし」: leaving it, keeping on; 「〜ないで」 「〜ずに」 「〜ず」: without. Versus 「なくて」.
