How it is used

'About, concerning A', marking the topic. A more formal, written counterpart of 「について」, common in official documents, meetings and notices. Before a noun use 「に関する」.

Examples

1. 登校しない子供に関しては、両親と相談することです。

   Regarding the children that aren't attending school, that is something to be discussed with the parents.

2. この件に関して、何か質問はありますか。

   Are there any questions concerning this matter?

3. 日本の歴史に関する本を探しています。

   I'm looking for books on Japanese history.
